FAQ:

1. What is the meaning of "E-4" on the screen? Answer: Coding failure. Please refer to the user manual

2. How to set uric acid correction code (use code chip)?

Answer: The code chip corresponding to the test strips must be used when using a new vial of uric acid test strip. Look for the code chip in the test strip package, check whether the code number on the code chip is consistent with the code number on the test strip package. Otherwise, you will get inaccurate test results.

If there is already a code chip in the Safe AQ UG reader, please remove it and insert a new code chip.

Insert the code chip into the code chip port, the reader will beep briefly and perform self-inspection. The reader will display the code number and the reader will turn off after a short beep.

If there is an error, the reader will display E-4. Please remove the code chip and insert it again. If the failure persists, please contact our customer service.

Each code chip only needs to be inserted once, the reader will store the code number until a new code chip is inserted.
