How to use:
1. Find a quiet place where you can lie down or sit for about 10 minutes. This can be on the bed, couch, floor, or recliner.
2. Locate the neck support of the device around the middle of your neck.
3. Gently reposition the device up or down along your spine to find the most comfortable position for your neck, shoulders and back. Make sure your spine is between the two rows of massage points, to ensure a relaxing effect.
4. Once comfortable, let your neck settle further into the support. Bend your knees, place your hand next to your head. Taking slow, deep breaths helps you relax.
5. Observe how the support strengthens your posture. You can observe at this point that you are releasing tension.
6. You may notice that the muscles in your neck, trapezius, shoulders and back relax more and your posture becomes more consistent.
7. Reposition yourself gently every few minutes to avoid local fatigue. If necessary, you can resume your position.
8. As with any new exercise, start slowly. Use for 5 minutes, then reassess if it can be used for another 5 minutes. Gradually progress as you feel comfortable.
9. NOTE: Initially, you may feel some mild discomfort as your muscles and joints adjust to their new positions. If you experience pain, stop using the device and consult your healthcare professional.
